Return Policy for The Neck Hoodie

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
